Since the new scaling changes, i want to make a dex/arc build using either rivers of blood with another katana (pref uchi) or eleonora's pole blade. Do you have a recommendation on what to focus on. Stat priority for just about any build is minimum weapon requirements > enough endurance to not fat roll in desired equipment > vigor to 40 > damage stat to 50 > vigor to 60 > damage stat. Any idea what would be a good setup for. Decide if your doing a dex build or a dex/arc build. Because arcane only stacks up the blood loss build up rate, the dex gives you more right hand armament which will increase the attack power along with max build up! Are duel scavengers, duel thrusting swords, or duel spears viable in ng+ as a dex/arc build? I might post a build about it later but so far i absolutely crush pvp.
